Getting help

This is a closed private beta. Support is provided on a best-effort basis while the platform continues to improve.

In Discord: /help

Run /help in your server to browse every command by category, or look one up directly. Any member can use it.

In Discord: /doctor

Run /doctor to scan for broken configuration (missing roles, channels, permissions) and safely repair common issues. Requires Server Owner or Bot Setup access.

Dashboard Help page

After logging in and opening your server's dashboard, the Help page shows the same command catalog alongside where each feature lives on the dashboard.

Send feedback or report a bug

For bugs and feature requests, these are the preferred channels — the platform team tracks everything submitted through them internally:

Discord commands — /feedback and /bug-report, run in your server. During the closed beta these are limited to the server owner.
Dashboard Feedback page — available to anyone with dashboard access to your server, not just the owner.

A bug report can include an optional screenshot attachment.

For beta questions, assistance, or general inquiries, reach the platform team directly at support@theroleplaybot.site.

For bugs and feature requests, please use /feedback, /bug-report, or the Dashboard Feedback page instead of email — those are tracked internally by the platform team and get resolved faster.

Something not working?

Check the homepage for the current status, or try /doctor in your server first — it catches most common configuration problems automatically.
